WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching, according to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we are striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
THE VITALITY COACHING METHOD
The Vitality Coaching Method is an integrative coaching model rooted in mindfulness, strengths, values and wellbeing that takes the whole person (body, mind, spirit) into account. It is informed by evidence, guided by intuition and taps into your inner resources and creativity. Each coaching relationship is unique to each individual client and is co-created by client and coach throughout the relationship.
How We'll Work Together:
We will start with a FREE 30-minute 'Let's Chat' session to get to know each other a little and discuss what you're working on. It's your chance to ask me anything and for you to share your vision for the future and what's getting in your way.
Experience a FREE Deep Dive into Coaching:
If after that 30 minute session you're excited to learn more and you're ready to dive into the work it takes to realize your vision, I'll invite you to a FREE Deep Dive coaching session so you can experience what it is like to coach with me. You'll experience first hand what it feels like to have both of us focused on your most important goals.
Establish the Coaching Agreement:
If, after that Deep Dive session, we both feel excited to partner together to work on your most important goals, we will co-create the initial coaching agreement (we'll talk about confidentiality, stakeholders, fees, scheduling and logistics) based on your goals. The coaching agreement continues to be co-created on an ongoing basis.
Depending on your goals and what was discovered in our Deep Dive, you will be invited to complete a number of assessments to help inform and guide you on your coaching journey. In any journey it's important to first know where you are in order to figure out how to get to where you want to go.
It's up to you to bring the focus to each call. The agenda will be co-created with the client and coach. We will then spend some time exploring what is getting in the way of accomplishing the agenda before moving into the action plan. You will leave each call with a solid, doable action plan that includes resources, support and accountability.
